Some time ago I was working on a Substack post about the satellite industry. I had a spreadsheet open, several hundred rows long, the kind of thing that looks boring and off-putting at first glance. But once you find the story inside it, it tells you fascinating things: who owns what’s in orbit, who’s actually running it, who’s positioning for what comes next. That’s usually the real problem for the companies I work with. The substance was there all along, with a story waiting to be shaped. 

I work with B2B tech, SaaS, and space companies whose websites aren’t pulling their weight: traffic that doesn’t convert, a value proposition too complex to land, a site disconnected from the business’s actual growth goals. My approach blends website strategy, structured messaging, and hands-on audits to find exactly what’s breaking and fix it. For space and aerospace companies specifically, I translate technical, mission-driven work into a story that builds trust with the buyers and partners who matter.

I use AI in that process, for research, for speed, for a second pair of eyes on a first draft. But original thinking isn’t something you can prompt for. What I don’t outsource is the read: which fix actually moves the needle, which message will land with the buyer in the room, which page is quietly costing you conversions or which numbers tell the real story. That takes a human who’s done the work, not a summary of it.
